Heat ingredients for masala in a pan

Once you get the aroma, remove from heat and put it into a grinder

Let it cool down and grind mixture to a fine powder

Cut tomatoes into quarters and add to blender

Add green chillies to the blender

Blend to a puree

Heat oil in cooking vessel and add ginger garlic paste.

Let it cook till pungent smell disappears

Add finely chopped onions, saute till it turns transparent

Add the ground coriander/ chilli masala and mix well. Saute for a few minutes

Add the tomato puree, mix and let it simmer on low flame till oil starts coming out at the sides

Add finely chopped capsicum and simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes

Add water and salt and simmer for 10 minutes

Add Kasuri Methi and Garam Masala and mix well

Add paneer and simmer for 3-5 minutes

Add cream and mix

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
