  • 1500 mlYellowtail Merlot
  • 4 tspGinger, ground
  • 6 stickCinnamon
  • 4 tspCloves, whole
  • 4 tspAllspice, whole
  • 6 eachNutmeg, whole, crushed
  • 6 tbspHoney
  • 4 tspAnise Seed

30 mins
  1. 1

    Bring spices to boil in 2 cups water.

  2. 2

    Remove from heat and steep at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add wine and honey. Heat on low and allow to steam. DO NOT BOIL.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
