  • 3 cupprecooked long grain or basmati rice
  • 2limes
  • 2 tbspcilantro
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1salt

    heat oil in sauce pan over medium heat

  2. 2

    add in precooked rice, stir & separate

  3. 3

    squeeze one lime into to rice

  4. 4

    add in cilantro, mix

  5. 5

    add in salt to taste

  6. 6
