1 tbsp dry yeast mein 2 tbsp sugar & 1/4 cup warm water mix karke 10 minutes rest karne dein. 2 & half cup Maida mein half tsp salt mix karke yeast mixture dalkar gungune pani se naram ata gundhe & 5 minutes masle. 2 tbsp soft butter lekar 10 minutes achhi tarah masalkar kapde se dhakkar 45 minutes kisi garamjagah par rakhe. Ata fulkar double ho jayega. Thoda punch karke sukhe ate ki dusting karke 5 minutes aur achhi tarah masal lein.

Bread tin mein butter lagakar ata usme set karein & 30 minutes ate ko rest hone dein. Preheated oven mein 8 minutes high temperature par fir 15 minutes 180 degree par bake karein. Oven se bahar nikalkar butter se grease kar lein. Thanda karke slice kar lein.
