In a pan add oil.
After heating oil,add all the Khada masala like Tej Patta, long, elaichi, Meetha neem and dalchini. - 2
Add chopped onion mix very well and let them cook for a minute.
After then add chopped tomato and green chilli then add salt so that tomato can be cooked easily. - 3
Add salt accordingly because salt is already exist in Papad also.
After adding salt mix very well then cook the tomato for 2 to 3 minute. - 4
Then after add coriander powder red chilli powder and mix all very well.
Let them cook for 2 to 3 minute. - 5
After cooking the tomato mash the tomatoes with the spoon so that it can Mash very well and it turns out in Gravy.

Now we will add cream or if you are not having cream then you can add thick milk layer for that you have to keep the milk layer in the freezer for half an hour so that it can freezed and can be grinded in mixy easily for turning out the milk layer in smooth cream.

After adding the cream or milk layer continue stirred it until it's started to boil.
Then add khopra powder or coconut powder and cashew powder mix very well, this 3 ingredients(cream,cashew and coconut powder) are the #key ingredients for making Papad ki sabzi famous or same as Dhaba style. - 8
After mixing very well let the gravy cook for a minute.
After a minute you will see gravy will become thick because of adding coconut and cashew powder. - 9
Now we will add Garam Masala red chilli sauce and ketchup sauce both the #sauces also play a role in making Papad ki sabzi delicious.
This recipe is almost ready to serve. - 10
#Important #note
Now if you are serving this recipe to your family at the same time then you will add Papad by breaking in small pieces but if you are not serving the recipe to your family members at the same time then you will separate some gravy for later and in some gravy you will add Papad pieces and serve it to your family members. - 11
When you will add Papad pieces in Gravy then you will mix it and just cook it for 30 seconds not more then garniah it with some finepy chopped coriander leaves and serve it. it really turns out very delicious and yummy.
