Pan mein 3 tbsp oil garamkare usmein half tsp jeera, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, half tsp chilli powder, 1 inch grated ginger, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, salt dalkar mix karein. (Anch dheemi rakhe masala na jale) 1 bada pyaz slice kiya hua dalkar mix karein. 1 tsp kitchen king masala dalkar 3-4 minutes medium flame par bhune. 2 medium tamataro ki puree add karein, mix karke dhak dein. 5 minutes baad jab oil masala alag ho jaye tab 1/2 cup pani, 1 tbsp butter ya cream add karein.

Ab 1 & half cup sliced yellow & red bell peppers & sliced capsicum add karke salt dale, mix karke dhak dein. 3-4 minutes baad 250 g finger chips ke shape mein Kate paneer ke tukde dalkar mix karein 2 minutes pakaye. Nimbu ka ras aur hara dhaniya dalkar garmagaram serve karein.
