In a mixing bowl combine marinating ingredients & make a smooth paste.marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for atleat 10 hrs for good results.

Heat oil in a kadhai & deep fry the chicken pieces on medium flame until done. Keep aside.

Now in a kadhai heat oil. Add the chopped garlic & saute for few minutes. Add the chopped onion capsicum. Stir fry for few minutes.

Mix all the sauces in a small bowl to a smooth paste.

Add the chings secret manchurian mix, the sauce mix, and lil beat of water. Let the gravy simmer on low heat. Add the cornflour starch mix & stir well. Add the spring onions & mix well. Gravy is done. Remove from heat.

Serve hot & crisp chicken with piping hot manchurian gravy.

U can also toss the chicken pieces in the gravy & stir fry on high heat.
