Steps

Cut the bottle gourd finely..

Heat the mustard oil..

Add black cumin one bay leaf and green chilies.

Add finely sliced bottle gourd..

Saute it for 2 minutes..

Add salt and turmeric powder..

Cook it on low flame till half done..Add ginger paste.

Add half boiled moong dal in it and mix it well...cook it by covering a lid on medium flame.

When all the water evaporates add 1/2 teaspoon sugar and ghee..

Turnoff the gas..

Serve with boiled rice.
