Preheat the oven to 180°C/350F/Gas 4 and prepare the paper cases.

Cream the margarine and sugar together until pale.

Beat in the eggs, banana and vanilla flavouring a little at a time.

Fold in the flour.
- 5
Spoon the mixture into paper cases.
- 6
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until a skewer comes away clean.
