Wash and boil the chicken with salt and ginger garlic paste.

Make a batter of maida,cornflour and baking powder and salt

Dip the chicken pieces into the batter and deep fry till golden brown

In a mixing bowl all the spices with some water.Add it to the frying pan continually till it smells.

Add water to the fried masala,salt and sugar and allow to boil and thicken.

.Put the gravy on the chicken balls and top up with crushed nuts.
