6 ozeach shredded cheddar and jack cheeses
1/4 tspeach salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425. Stir together all ingredients until thourally combined

Transfer mixture to oven proof dish.

Bake until bubbling and golden brown. About 20 mins. Serve with chips, or veggies
