  • 1wingettes
  • 2eggs
  • 1salt
  • 1sazon seasoning
  • 1black pepper
  • 1cilantro
  • 1peanut oil

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Season wingettes. I use plastic bag to save dishes and easy cleanup

  2. 2

    Add eggs and light flour, just enough to cover.. Mix up

    Add more flour to a separate bag. Mix wingettes one by one

  4. 4

    Fry for about 15-20 minutes
