Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  2. 3 tbspBalsamic Vinegar
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 1/2 tspPepper
  5. 2Fillet Steaks (1 Inch Thick)
  6. 8 oz(About 2 bags) salad greens

    Combine the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour the marinade into a sealable plastic bag and add the steaks. marinate for 30 minutes.

    Prepare the grill and cook the steaks for 1 minute on each side, or to your liking. brush the steaks with marinade as they cook. alternatively, you can broil your steaks in the oven by searing them first in a hot, oiled skillet over high heat (about 30 seconds on each side), and then completing the cooking under the broiler for about 2 minutes on each side (cook longer if you like your steak well done).

    Serve the steaks on a bed of greens with a side of veggies.
