Ingredients

  • 1 lbGround Beef
  • 1/4 cupKetchup
  • 1/4 cupBrown Sugar
  • 1 tbspMustard
  • 1Egg
  • 1 packagescrackers
  • 1/4 cupDiced Green Pepper
  • 1/4 cupDiced Onions
  • 1 canPineapple Tidbits
  • 2 tbspPineapple Juice

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    Drain pineapple tidbits from juice

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients (except pineapple tidbits) in a bowl

  4. 4

    crumble up package of crackers add to meat, mix together

  5. 5

    Spead pineapple tidbits in the bottom of loaf pan, place the meat mix on top of pineapple

  6. 6

    Cover with tin foil, place in oven, cook for 45 mins
