2 lbshrimps (with no shell)
1 lbmushroom cut into 4 pieces
4celery stalks , sliced
5beef hot dog , thinly sliced
1 mediumonion sliced
6 clovegarlic chopped
1salt, and Goya seasoning to marinated shrip and hotdog, marinate for 20min

sautee oniin and garlic .

add shrimp and hot dogs and cook until well done, add mushrooms and celery .

when all done , serve over rice
