Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 4frozen skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 2 cancondensed soups (10.75 ounce each) like chicken or mushroom
  4. 1onion finely diced
  5. 10 ozchicken broth
  6. 1 tspherb De provence
  7. 1 pinchpoultry seasoning
  8. 1 cupfrozen peas and carrots (optional)
  9. 1 canrefrigerated biscuit dough

Steps

    Place the chicken, butter, soups, onion and seasonings in a slow cooker, cover with chicken broth

  2. 2

    Cover and cook for 7 to 8 hours on low

  3. 3

    After about 6 hours of cooking, remove the chicken breasts onto a plate and using two forks shred the meat. Return the shredded meat back to the slow cooker. At this point you can also stir in the frozen vegetables if using

  4. 4

    About one hour before serving, cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and push them into the slow cooker. Cover and cook until dough is no longer raw. Roughly another hour
