Steps

Marinate the meat with deep cuts in and mix the ingredients together all in an oven cooking bag. Marinate for 48hrs.

Cook in the oven bag at 140C for 5hrs 30 minutes. Open the oven bag up for the last 30 mins to create a crust.
- 3
Rest the meat for 10 minutes snd garnish with coriander and the ginger match sticks.
