Veggies ko wash kar ke barik cut karein. Veggies or masale mix karein.1 tbsp bread crumbs mix karein.

Atte ki loe bnakr puri ke size ki bele.usme filling bhre or band karein.ab parantha bel kar garam twe par oil lgakr dono side se sek le.

Parantha curd,butter ya pickle ke sath serve karein.
