Mix rava rice flour and curd in a bowl

Add water to make a smooth paste

Set aside for 30 mi. To soak water in rava

As the batter gets thicken add some water to required consistency

Now add little powdered sugar lemon juice and 1 tsp oil to the paste

Add baking soda and little water into the paste mix well.Batter gets fluffy.

Pour the batter into oiled tin to steam and cover the steamer.

Cook for 20 to 30 min

Put knife to check whether it cooked or not.If batter doesn't stick on knife..It means it is ready..

Allow it to cool

Now tap the pot in order to remove dhokla on the plate

Cut into desired shape

Take oil in a pan add mustard seeds to crackle hing green chillies curry leaves

Spread evenly on the dhoklas now serve hot fluffy soft spongy dhokla to ur family as evening snacks they will love it ☺️☺️
