Ingredients

  • 1/3 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 1/3 cupfresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbspgarlic powder
  • 3 tbspdried basil
  • 1 1/2 tbspdried parsley flakes
  • 1 tspground white pepper
  • 1/4 tsphot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 1 tspdried minced garlic (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Pour marinade over desired type of meat (Flank Steak). Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.
