Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2plump chicken breasts, skin on
  2. 3 tbspolive oil, halved
  3. 1Kosher salt
  4. 1Freshly ground black pepper
  5. 6sprigs fresh thyme
  6. 2sprigs fresh rosemary
  7. 6garlic cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat skillet over medium high heat.

  2. 2

    Drizzle chicken breast with 1/2 of oil, then season the breast with a good crust of salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Place chicken in the pan skin side down, then add the herbs and garlic.

  4. 4

    When the skin has a nice golden color, turn chicken over, drizzle the remaining oil, and place in preheated oven for 8 minutes or until juice runs clear.
