Preheat oven to 350* F

Grease a pie tin

Mound potatoes in center of pie tin

Make a hole in middle of mound like you would for a hole for gravy except a little bigger ( hole big enough for one egg in it)

Crack egg and put in hole in potatoes

Add seasonings

Put pie tin tin oven carefully

Bake til egg is white like a fried over easy egg (15-30 minutes)
