  • 1 largemason jar
  • 3 smallginger roots
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 750 mlvodka

    Peel raw ginger.

  2. 2

    Grate or chop ginger into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Put ginger and sugar into your container of choice, then add vodka. Shake well.

  4. 4

    Place in cupboard and let sit, the longer the better (I recommend a month).
