2 Loaves of Fluffy Bakery-style Sandwich Bread! 2 Loaves of Fluffy Bakery-style Sandwich Bread!
Make double loaf bread, whenever you want! Since there aren't really any recipes for this amount of bread, I made my own, so I can have 2 loaves of bread anytime I want!!Since you leave half the work to the bread maker, it's easy! Gently form into shapes! If the bread seems too loose the first time you make it, decrease the amount of water by 20-50 ml next time. Recipe by *yuki* cookpad.japan -
Square Bread Loaf (Bread Maker Dough) Square Bread Loaf (Bread Maker Dough)
*I made this simple since its heartiness and flavor will vary depending on what you put on top of it or what you serve with it.*When you are using flour that's milled from domesticaly grown wheat, use slightly less water.*The temperature and baking time are just suggestions since they will differ depending on the oven. If the surface is getting burnt, cover with aluminium foil, and turn down the temperature.*When you are turning the pan during Step ⑦, do it quickly so that the inside temperature of the oven won't drop. Basic Square Bread Loaf Basic Square Bread Loaf
This is a delicious plain bread for sandwiches or morning toast that uses basic ingredients. It practically goes with anything!I used a blend of 2 types of bread flour - 150 g of "Golden Yacht" and 100 g of "Haruyutaka".With this recipe as a base, you can vary things by using milk or milk + egg instead of the water, and so on. For 1 loaf's worth. Recipe by Natsumi cookpad.japan -
French Bread Mini Loaves French Bread Mini Loaves
Crusty on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. This recipe will make 1 large loaf, 2 medium and 4 to 5 small. I have also rolled them into balls for rolls. I use the mini loaves as a hearty bun for meatball subs and philly cheese steak sandwiches 😊 Raven -

My mother taught me to make this bread as a young girl. I continue to make it every couple of weeks. We use it instead of bought loafs and enjoy it for anything - sandwiches, French toast, as a side for meals, etc. Everyone loves it!Edeltraut

Basic Bread Dough Basic Bread Dough
Since I'm making it myself, I want to have a rich pastry dough. Bread baked with this dough is delicious on its own. A very elegant bread dough.Be sure to give it plenty of time to rest (this helps you shape it easily). This dough is relatively high in moisture, so I think it's easy to handle. Bake at high temperatures for a short period of time. That'll give you a fluffy, crisp texture. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Bread Rolls Bread Rolls
Bread rolls were the first kind of bread I ever made. I made these rolls with my favourite dough. When the dough is not stretching well, cover with a tightly wrung out kitchen towel and let it sit for a little while.I used about 1/2 an egg for the dough and the remaining for the glaze.
