  1. 500 gramschicken breast strips
  2. 250 mlwater
  3. 4 slicehoisin sauce
  4. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  5. 100 gramstoasted cashew nuts

    In sauce pan boil the chicken in 250 ml of water for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the hoisin and brown sugar stir gradually with low fire for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove in the fan then sprinkle the toasted cashew nuts
