Ingredients

15-20 minutes
3-4servings
  1. 2 cupsboiled mixed sprouts
  2. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  3. 1large boiled potato cubes
  4. 2 cupchopped spinach(palak)
  5. 1 cupfinely chopped onions
  6. 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  7. 1 tspgarlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  9. 1 tsppav bhaji masala
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a nonstick pan,add the onions and garlic paste and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes and 1/4 cup of water mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add potato, spinach, chilli powder,pav bhaji masala,Turmeric powder and salt mix well and cook on a medium flame 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add mixed sprouts and chickpeas 1/4 cup of water mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve hot..
