Well, it's st. Patrick's day everyone. This will be the first holiday recipe. Of course this isn't my recipe, just my take on it. The cook needs a couple of these just to make sure the corned beef comes out right. 😆

Ingredients

  1. Irish cream
  2. Imperial stout
  3. Jameson Irish whiskey, special edition. Aged in stout barrels

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pint glass, place 6 oz. Imperial stout.

  2. 2

    In a 1 oz shot glass, fill 2/3 with Irish cream. Float with whiskey.

  3. 3

    Drop shot glass in pint glass. Drink quickly before the cream curdles. Lol. Enjoy safely.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.

I dont really care what you guys think... this is a cocktail... I did not invent it, and I did not name it. I would appreciate it if you went and found something actually useful to get offended about.
