Ingredients

2 servings

15 ozChickpeas
2 tbspLow-sodium Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbspHoney (or Agave Nectar)
2 tspRice Vinegar
1 tspSriracha
1Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1/2 lbSnow Peas, Chopped
1/2 cupBrown Rice, Cooked

Steps

Whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha.

Line a skillet with a thin layer of oil and saute the pepper slices and snow peas until tender, 4-5 minutes.

Add in the sauce and chickpeas, and cook until heated through.

Serve with a side of cooked rice
