Put cream cheese in bowl

Let cream cheese get soft to room temperature

Chop onion

Add milk to microwave safe bowl

Add alittle onion to milk

Add chicken bullion cube to milk ( you might need to crush cube up)

Heat up milk mixture till its warm ( not hot!!)

Make sure milk, onion and cube are mixed well

Pour milk mixture in cream cheese bowl

Mix till creamy ( electronic beaters work best) can use fork just takes longer and more work to mix it all

Taste test and add more onion in if you want it to be stronger taste
