  1. 3Ripe Avacados
  2. 1Roma tomato
  3. pinchpaprika salt and pepper
  4. 1lime juice
  5. 1/3 bunchCilantro
  6. 1jalapeño

    Scoop out all Avacado, add in juice of 1 lime

    Add chopped tomatoes and jalapeño and cilantro

    Add in the seasonings and stir up.

I'm a Chef now after being in the Bar business for over 30 yrs. I always loved cooking for my family and friends and I got my cooking chops at the Hilton hotel in Odessa,TX about 23 yrs ago when I volunteered to help out in the kitchen after our staff walked out on a strike! In one week I was offered a position to be his apprentice and recited my Certificate in 11 months! I went on to do catering for the next 18 yrs!
