  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 200 gramswhite mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp60 % less fat cheese
  • 3 tbspchicken soup
  • 1 tspI can't believe it's not butter
  • 1 largeegg

  1. 1

    break an egg into a bowl

  2. 2

    wash and slice mushrooms

  3. 3

    add mushrooms, black pepper and soup into the bowl and mix

  4. 4

    add the butter into a pan and preheat it

  5. 5

    cook the mixture until mushrooms turn brownish (crispy texture)

  6. 6

    mix with cheese in a plate
