Ingredients

  • 1finely chopped green shimla mirch
  • 1/2 cupwashed rice
  • 1/2 cupwashed moong dal
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 inchCinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2-3Cloves
  • 1 pinchHing
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspred chiili powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 3 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle cooker me oil dale oil ke garam hone par usme cloves cinnamon stick or hing dale ache se saute karein

  2. 2

    Ab usme pyaz or hari shimla mirch dale pyaz ke pink hone ke baad usme ginger garlic ki paste dale

  3. 3

    Achi si khoosbu aane ke baad usme tamatar dale or ache se saute karein

  4. 4

    Ab usme lal mirch,namak or haldi dale or ache se milaye.

  5. 5

    Ab usme wash kiye hue rice or moong dal dale

  6. 6

    At last usme 3 cup pani dale or 3 wishtle lagne de

  7. 7

    Masala Khichdi taiyar he use hara daniya se garnish karein or serve karein.
