Steps

Whisk curd. Add singhada flour, black pepper, rock salt in curd.

Add green chillies & 2 cups water in curd batter. Whisk again.

Keep vessel over gas. Stir continuously. Add Coriander leaves. Bring it boil. Simmer the gas. Let it cook.

Heat a pan. Add pure ghee. Add cloves & jeera. Once Jeera splutter add curry leaves. Switch off gas.

Pour this tampering into kadi. Mix well.

Now for pakode combine all ingredients of pakode in a bowl. Mix well. Add water & make thick batter.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Pour 1 tsp batter in oil. Fry these pakode on medium flame until golden brown.

Transfer pakode in plate.

Drop these pakoda in boiling kadi. Cover it. Switch off gas.

Serve hot with Sama Jeera rice.
