mix yogurt, ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt together. marinade will be thick. (this ends up being a really good dip too)

clean and trim chicken breast

slice chicken into tender like strips and put in marinade. let marinate overnight or at least 8 hours. stir occasionally

pan sear the chicken on medium heat. about 10 min

pair with green veggies or salad
