Mix mayo, onion mix, and mince the garlic and add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

slice the pork tenderloin into thin slices and put into the mayo mix and top with the box of sliced mushrooms- mix well. The pork and mushrooms should be covered with a thin layer of the mix.

Pour all ingredients in a large skillet that you can cover with a lid. Cook covered on medium heat until the meat is done. Once the meat is no longer pink, remove the lid and add 1 tablespoon of flour to thicken and remove from heat.

Once the meal is a little thicker (you can add more flour if needed) I put the meal over white rice.

You can put over mashed potatoes as well but my favorite is white rice. I hope you enjoy :)
