Buttered chili corn
I made this to have as a side dish.
Steps

Add the butter to a non-stick pan.

Once heated add the onion and fry until lightly browned which normally takes about 5 minutes

Add the corn, you can add extra butter if you wish
- 4
Add the salt, chilli and black pepper
- 5
Fry the corn for about 10 minutes. stirring regularly.

Rest it for 5 minutes before serving.
