Ingredients

  • 1 cupsabudana
  • 1carrot grated
  • 3boil potatoes
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp corriender chopped
  • 2-3 tspsingare ka aata
  • to tastesea salt
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder / black paper powder
  • Peanut oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabudana ko wash kar ke 3 to 4 hours bhigo ke rakhe then channi me pani nikal ne ke liye rakh de 10 min ko

  2. 2

    Then 1 bowl me grated carrot add karein then add boil potato mashed, corriender chopped, chilli chopped

  3. 3

    Then add sabudana, salt and red chilli powder and singare ka aata mix it well

  4. 4

    Hath par oil lagaye then thoda better le then ice cream stick lagake kabab banayein ya bina ice cream ke koi bhi shape de kar kabab bana Le

  5. 5

    Ab kadai me peanut oil gram Karein aur slow gas par crispy deep fry Karein

  6. 6

    Now serve with imli homemade sauce and green corriender sauce.....
