Soak rice in water for half an hour

Take a heavy bottom vessel and boil milk after it comes to a boil add rice and let it cook in medium flame when rice is half cooked add semolina in a little milk and pour it in kheer.

Now add sugar,cardomom powder and let it cook for another 5 to 10 mins after that mix it well.

It is ready garnish with dryfruits
