Steps

Wash and blend your onions pepper and tomatoes.. Put in a pot and cook for 20min

Wash your fish with warm salty water.. Put in a pot and add a little water, thyme curry,stock cubes,onions,pepper and salt..cook for 3min..

Put a pot on fire add your vegetable oil.. Allow the oil to get hot.. Add your onions and blended tomatoes and stir..add your tomatoes paste...stir for 25min stir constantly..

Add the fish stock and cook for 15min..

Serve with white rice,or yam
