Ingredients

  • 5Boiled potatoes
  • 150 gmSabudanna
  • 150 gmSwaankh flour
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • to tasteSendha salt
  • 2-3 tspChopped green coriander
  • for fry Oil
  • sticksIce cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl put grated boiled potatoes in it and add sabudana(soaked for 4 hours), Swanch flour, salt, black pepper, green Coriander and cumin powder. Mix all well like shown in photograph

    Apply oil on your hands take some mixture and make it in shape like this. Then put the ice cream stick in center and surround it with the mixture properly

    Take a pan put oil in it for deep frying. Put the kebabs in it and deep fry them until they become golden brown in colour
