Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 ml.Milk
  • 1/2lemon
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1 bowlSugar
  • 2-3 tbspnghee
  • 2-3Elaichi
  • as requiredDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk.add lemon juice. Jisse ke milk phat jaye.

  2. 2

    Uske baad use 2 hrs ke liy ek cotton ke kpde me ltka ke rakh de.

  3. 3

    After 2 hrs. Use nikale aur usme milk powder and sugar mix karein.

  4. 4

    Heat ghee in pan. Add this mixture aur achhe se bhoon le.

  5. 5

    Add Elaichi powder and dry fruits..Thndaa kar ke serve karein.
