Stir until creamy, no lumps.

Stir until boiling. Keep heat on medium.

You will know it's boiling when little brown speckles and bubbles start appearing.

When boiling, set timer for 5:00.

Continue stirring, avoiding splashing.

Once timer ends, turn off heat and remove from burner.

Stir for 30-40 more seconds.

Pour in chocolate. Stir until mixed.

(Optional) Pour in almonds and stir until mixed.

Pour in glass pan and let cool for 1 day.
