4eggs
1 largecan pumpkin
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupfirmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tspsalt
2 1/2 tspcinnamon
2 tspginger
1 1/4 tspnutmeg
1 cupmilk
13 ozevaporated milk

Combine eggs and pumpkin in a large mixing bowl.

Add sugars, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Blend well.

Add milks and beat until smooth.

Pour even amounts of filling into 3 8-inch pie crusts.

Cover edges with foil andbake at 400º for 40 minutes.

Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes.
