Ingredients

  1. Quesadillas
  2. 210 inch flour tortillas
  3. 2 tbspsoftened butter
  4. 1/3 cupshredded monterey jack pepper cheese
  5. 1/3 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1diced onion
  7. 1diced canned jalepeno
  8. 2 slicebacon (crumbled) or bacon bits
  9. 1southwest seasoned hamburger (cooked)
  10. Southwest seasoning
  11. 2 tspground cumin
  12. 2 tbsppaprika
  13. 1 tspblack pepper
  14. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  15. 1crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
  16. 1 tspsalt
  17. 1 tbspdried oregano

Cooking Instructions

    For hamburgers:

    Add together seasonings in a dry mix

  3. 3

    Use 1 tbsp of the dry mix for each pound of hamburger meat. Mix it in and cook (fry or grill)

    For quesadilla:

    Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.

  6. 6

    Spread butter on one side of tortilla and place it in the pan.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle the cheeses, onion, tomato, bacon pieces and jalepeno in the center of the tortilla as its cooking. (Cheeses first to melt)

    Place burger on top along with the other side of the tortilla and spread butter on top to flip it over.

  9. 9

    Add miscellaneous, (lettuce, mayo, etc) cut through the middle and serve

These were very good. My family enjoyed them and I thought got the recipe was pretty close.
