In a large stock pot lightly brown ground beef, and drain if needed.

Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent.

Add tomatoes, diced tomatoes with chili peppers, tomato sauce, water, kidney beans, pinto beans, carrots, chili powder, cumin, sugar, salt, pepper. Simmer for 1 hours

Add Zucchini. Simmer for 45 minutes

Add frozen corn, diced serrano peppers and hot sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes
