Sieve the icing sugar into a bowl

Put the gelatin and water in a metallic bowl and heat gently until dissolved

Add the glucose and glycerine to the gelatin and mix well
- 4
Pour into the icing and knead. Transfer the dough o to a smooth surface and knead until pliable using corn flour.

Add flavouring and colour after kneading.

Cover your coated cooled cake
