Steps

clean and trim chicken breast and cut into bite sized cubes.

peel and clean potatoes and cut into bite sized cubes.

preheat oven to 400° F

spray large pyrex casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray and set aside

in a large mixing bowl, whisk together oil, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

toss chicken and potatoes in mixture and then put into casserole dish.

cover with lid or foil and bake on middle rack for 55-60 minutes.

top with cheese, bacon and green onions and bake for an additional five minutes to melt cheese.

serve with sour cream.
