Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 can(large) Chicken (drained and shredded)
  2. 3 cupgrated cheese of choice, I use a Mexican blend or cheddar.
  3. 6 largeflour tortillas
  4. 1/2 cupchopped green Chile (opt)

Steps

  1. 1

    On a microwaveable plate, place 1 tortilla.

  2. 2

    Layer Chicken (desired amount), cheese and green Chile spred on the tortilla

  3. 3

    Place 2nd tortilla on top.

  4. 4

    Microwave for 1 minute or until cheese is melted and chicken is warmed thru.

  5. 5

    Repeat steps 1 thru 4 twice.

  6. 6

    This recipe is for 3 servings (6 tortillas), you may make them as hardy or lite as you like.

  7. 7

    You may use oven to heat quesadillas, experiment with time yourself. I use microwave to heat and serve immediately. (I have two hungry children who can't wait for the oven...lol!!!)

    This is a quick, easy and cheap recipe!!! ENJOY!!!
