  1. 1/2to a whole bag no yolk noodles
  2. 1/2green pepper
  3. 1/3onion
  4. 1 lbground beef
  5. 1/4 cupheavy cream..ive used milk and it was fine
  6. 1/2 blockcream cheese softened
  7. 1salt and pepper to taste
  8. 1grated parmesan
  9. 1/2 cupshredded mozzarella
  10. 1 tspgarlic
  11. 2 tbspsalted butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    heat pan to medium high brown gound beef peppers and onion until meat is done..drain

  2. 2

    add in egg noodlea and cover with water..boil until noodles are soft enough to your taste

  3. 3

    drain..

  4. 4

    add in cream cheese and heavy cream

  5. 5

    add mozzarella

  6. 6

    season to taste

  7. 7

    when every thing is combined and thickened sprinkle with parmesan and serve

this looks great, but mine came out too thick...almost pasty. flavor was not bad. not sure what I did wrong... :-\ :-(
