Ingredients

  • 1 dozeneggs
  • 1 cupshredded italian or authentic mexican cheese's
  • 2 smallhandfuls frozen spinach
  • 1 mediumpour of Dillons prepared pico de gallo salsa
  • 2 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1 cupdiced ham

Steps

  1. 1

    Break eggs into bowl. add salt, pepper and pico. Beat well.

  2. 2

    Pour into prepared pan which is sprayed thouroughly with cooking spray and Preheated on stove

  3. 3

    Cook over medium heat until eggs begin to set. Add ham and spinach scattering around pan.

  4. 4

    use rubber scraper to stir and scrape eggs in pan. Add cheeses, scattering over eggs in pan.

  5. 5

    Once cheese is melted. Serve.
